The Pisces 21 is a C.W. Paine designed sloop that is based on the Nathaniel G. Herreshoff designed Fish, commissioned by Seawanhaka Corinthian YC, (Long Island, NY) for one-design racing and delivered beginning in 1916.
“Little Star (fka ‘Peggy Bee’) had some upgrades over the winter- we replaced her electric motor with a newer drive made by Electric Yacht of Golden Valley MN and new AGM batteries. Her topsides were painted ‘Flag blue’, the bottom was stripped and all exterior woodwork was varnished. She will soon be heading to her new home in Morehead city, NC. Congratulations to her owners and we wish them all the very best for their first season sailing ‘Little Star’!” as stated by Classic Boat Shop.
The QuietTorque 3.6 is a direct drive 36v system that allow for a minimal footprint and is an ideal propulsion system for a boat less then 3600lbs. The “plug-n-play” Electric Yacht QuietTorque system includes throttle, monitor, fuse, switches, relays, thrust bearing and coupler.
