100% Electric Catamaran – Case History
This is an example of 100% electric catamaran built by STR. Our partner have extensively worked on it, on all steps of the project from design till building.
This commercial passenger boats has a capacity of 50 passengers, with Electric Yacht motors (2x 16kW), 85kWh of lithium batteries and 40 m2 of flexible solar panels.

This 100% electric catamaran (click here for more information on electric motors) can be recharged with power coming from shore and photovoltaic panels (click here for more information), and is connected to a large Lithium battery pack (click here for more information). The two access ramps allow to welcome persons with disability on board. Autonomy of the boat can reach 4 hours in day time.
